Summit Group

The Summit Group is a comprehensive business resource for contractors. Members receive support and feedback from talented and experienced consulting associates on every aspect of their business. Additionally, members participate in peer-to-peer support and feedback networks that reinforce the learning environment through real-world "lessons learned."

"Why reinvent the wheel?" is a philosophy of almost every Summit member.

Members also become part of an executive financial forum, sharpening their money monitoring skills. Members learn how to prioritize projects by assessing their return on investment and gain a deeper understanding of how the implementation of proven business systems can positively affected their bottom line.

Business Planning (1.5 days; Introductory Offer: $795)
Visit the offices of Nolan Painting, Inc. and get a look into the business systems necessary to achieve profitable growth. Spend time with a small group of contractors developing your business plan. You'll leave this workshop with a business plan in hand and an action plan to make it happen.

Financial Management (1.5 days; Introductory Offer: $795)
Learn how to take the mystery out of numbers. In this workshop we'll teach you how to develop a budget, read financial statements, pricing varability, bookkeeping essentials and implications of adding new overhead as you grow. You'll leave the workshop with a budget in hand.

Building Relational Capital (1 day; $495)

DISC is a behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston Ph.D. (1893 - 1947) that examines the behavior of individuals in their environment or within a specific situation. DISC looks at behavioral styles and behavioral preferences.
